We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. However, if you are unhappy with the product* in anyway it can be returned to us within 28 days following the steps outlined below, and we will refund the cost of the item.

We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please return the items to the address shown at the bottom of our delivery note enclosed with your order. Please include the completed returns slip or a piece of paper with your name and address, order number, reason for return and the date on which you receive it.
Faulty Items - If an item is found to be faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact our us on 01963-31137 or by email sales@compatiblecoffeepods.co.uk We will then arrange with you suitable collection or return shipping options. If goods are found to be faulty, which you did not order, or our fault will give you a FULL refund plus any return shipping costs incurred. For electrical items please check or read your manufactures user manual, operators guide or instructions. Most problems can be fixed by following/reading the troubleshooting or FAQ sections in the manuals.
