Delivery

We will despatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed subject to, stock levels, Company closure and bank holidays. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.

Orders over £49.00 qualify for Free Standard Delivery.  - We use Royal Mail Tracked 48, for parcels up to 1.4kg, over this weight we will normally ship by courier (DPD) for UK mainland, but not always, for offshore or Highlands, and N.I we will still delivery by Royal Mail.

Orders under £49.00 we offer:-

Standard Delivery - We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 - charges are made as a flat rate of £4.99 - this is for parcels up to 1.4kg, over this weight we will normally ship by courier (DPD) for UK mainland, but not always, for offshore or Highlands, and N.I we will still delivery by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £5.99

Royal Mail Next day Special Delivery (up to 2kg) - £14.99

We reserve the right to send parcels by courier even if Royal Mail delivery is selected at checkout. (at no extra charge to the customer)

Cut off time for Despatch is 15.00 (Monday - Friday)

UK Deliveries are made between 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and may requires a signature. If you are out the driver will put a card through your door and you can collect your parcel from the local depot.

Some deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.

Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an order number and an email confirmation.

You can cancel from the day you placed the order up to 28 working days after receiving the goods for any reason. We will refund the full amount paid for the goods to you within 30 days. Returning orders or item/s is at the consumer's cost, www.thecoffeepod.co.uk can arrange to collect them, and deduct the direct cost from the refund.
