The Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee

The unique SWISS WATER® Process uses pure water from British Columbia, Canada to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavour characteristics.

Sumatra coffees are very interesting when decaffeinated, because the non-decaf coffee beans have so little acidity and so much body the coffee works very well with the Swiss Water process decaf method.
